Grimethorpe Colliery Band is celebrating their Centenary this year, 2017.
On Friday 20th October the Band are holding a Gala Centenary Concert at Elsecar Heritage Centre, this Gala Concert is by invitation only. There will be a reception prior to the concert performed by the current members of the Band.
Any former players wishing to attend the Gala Concert should contact either Paul Smith – Band Manager / Peter Haigh – Trustee.
There are a limited number of places available – first come first served.
Then on Saturday 21st October, we will perform another concert at Elsecar Heritage Centre which will be open to the public – 7:30 start. Tickets £15.
